Succulent Room is perfect accomodation for one or two travelers for a short therm stay Brno. It is a private room in the beautiful and historical center of Brno. From the window you look directly to the garden and to Castle Spielberk close by. The flat doesn't have a kitchen but there is a small fridge, microwave and also an electric kettle in the apartement for you to use while your stay. Bathroom is shared with other guests (2 other private rooms)

Room is situated in Veveří quarter - beautiful and historical part of Brno-center filled with marvelous classicism and art deco houses. It is a walking distance to all the center sites (3 minutes to Česká street "most famous meeting point in Brno 10 minutes to Castle Spielberk 10 minutes to Freedom Squarre) There is also a lot of great places to "go out" in the neighborhood. And I will gladly send you some tips :)
Guest Access
Guests will find easy access to the apartment with our safety box for secure key collection. Check-in is available until 10:00 PM. The apartment is conveniently reachable by public transport, and parking is available on the surrounding streets, although please note that they are within a blue zone.
Find Us
Parking can be a little bit tough because the room is situated in the historical part of Brno. You may park on the street but there is a fee. For more information about the parking please visit : Parkovanivbrne .cz
